A watermark pattern the cleaner misses, a false positive on the detector, a broken tool: this form reaches the person who writes the code.
What actually helps
Every tool on this site works on characters, not on statistics. So the most useful report is a sample: paste the text that was cleaned incorrectly, say which tool you used, which model produced the text, and what you expected instead. With those four elements a pattern is added or a rule is fixed the same day.
False positives matter just as much. If the detector flags text you wrote yourself, send the passage. Nothing you paste in the tools ever leaves your browser, so we only ever see what you deliberately send here.
What this form is not
Unmarker does not certify that a text is human written, and no report will produce such a certificate. We also do not run bulk cleaning as a service: the tools are free, they run locally, and they are the whole offer.

Who answers
Unmarker is built by STRATINET, a French company registered in Cannes under RCS 944 837 871, founded by Alexandre Fuchs. Messages are read by the person who writes the code, not by a support desk: expect a written answer within a few working days.
